Deejan is a Manager for the Future Focus Rating tools and ensures a smooth landing for all Future Focus tools by understanding industry challenges and needs when applying the Rating tools. Prior to joining the GBCA, Deejan has worked as a Sustainability consultant working on NatHERS, Basix and NABERS in Australia and a Site Engineer for residential development back home in India.

Evalin Ling is a Sustainability Manager for Laing O'Rourke. Prior to joining LOR in 2022, she worked for Probuild Construction (2016-2021) and with NDY (2004-2015) as a consultant and the lead Green Star Accredited Professional for NDY. Over her career, she has been responsible for the management and submission of over 40 Green Star ratings throughout Australia. Kirsten Crook is a highly experienced community engagement, social performance, and social procurement specialist. She has more than 17 years’ experience in delivering complex and challenging major infrastructure projects across Australia. Her unique skill set enables her to build tailored programs connecting workforce with community to create genuine opportunities for widescale participation and outcomes in the health and wellbeing space. Kirsten is currently responsible for managing social procurement and community and stakeholder engagement on the $830M Waterfront Brisbane development, and the $861M Southern Queensland Correctional Precinct Stage 2 Project, working collaboratively with Health and Safety and Sustainability teams to deliver on Green Star commitments.

As the National CEO for MATES in Construction, Mining & Energy, Chris works to affect change every day in our workplaces. MATES are recognised by the World Health Organisation as best practice for a suicide prevention program delivered through the workplace and across industry. Having delivered face to face programs to over 260,000 workers, MATES improves the mental health of all of us at work through trusted workplace development programs, on site workshops, individual case management and helpline services. Leading MATES in Construction Nationally, Chris has seen structured expansion and growth of the program, where MATES now has programs on the ground supported by industry in Construction, Mining & Energy. With expansion into NZ in recent years and a pilot underway expanding the program into the Manufacturing industry. Chris is also a director of 9 years with the NGO “Permanent Care and Adoptive Families”, with 7 of those years as Chair.
