Green Building Council of Australia is proud to announce that we have been awarded certification as one of Australia’s top 90 Best Places to Work for 2023.
In order to achieve certification, we invited staff to survey and provide feedback across five categories: credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie. Doing this allows us to measure, benchmark and act on feedback, to ensure our experience at work remains... great! Our survey results showed that 97% of our staff believe that GBCA is a great place to work.
If you're interested in working at a genuinely great place to work, please contact HR@gbca.org.au.
