James is Head of Product Development at NABERS. His team of designers and developers work with data, research and collaborative approaches to create new - and strengthen existing - pathways to bring NABERS to buildings. A large part of James’ role is managing technology innovation, design and development for the NABERS suite of products. His team are currently expanding NABERS to new sectors including warehouses and cold stores, and emerging areas like embodied emissions. James brings a background in information technology, digital innovation and marine science to his work at NABERS.

Nicole is thinkstep-anz’s Head of Strategy and Impact Australia, supporting a wide range of companies to evolve their sustainability strategy, improve their impacts, and effectively communicate with the market. She is passionate about understanding the unique context of each business and working alongside them so that they can succeed sustainably. Her deep experience with LCA, EPDs, the building products industry, and green buildings bring practical and pragmatic insight to her holistic focus.

As the Senior Manager for Green Star Strategy and Development, Taryn facilitates development and innovation of the rating tools ensuring they are aligned with industry needs and standards, and the GBCA's strategic objectives. Prior to joining the GBCA, Taryn worked for over a decade in interior and architectural design specialising in high-end hospitality and residential work, with many years’ on-site project experience.
