The SA Attorney-General Department’s achievement of a 5 Star Green Star Interiors rating for its office fitout in Adelaide is a testament to the positive effect of these policies.

RMIT New Academic Street

Arup HQ

Arup’s five floor fit out in Sydney’s CBD achieved a 6 Star Green Star Rating for interiors, the highest possible score. The project prioritized sustainability and the health of employees, with the fit out featuring lush green plants which were specially chosen to create a healthy environment, and outdoor air supplied to the building through an energy efficient ventilation system.

Yahoo7 workplace

The fit out of the Yahoo7 office in Sydney looked to transform the company culture to become more connected and collaborative through an open plan flexible workspace. The focus on the long term performance of the fit out and the employees within the space informed much of the fit out’s design which sought to optimise sustainability, flexibility and the health of employees, and as a result it was the first project in New South Wales to achieve a 5 Star Green Star rating for Interiors v1.1.

Old Perth Boys School : Heritage made sustainable

The restoration of the heritage listed Old Perth Boys School successfully respects the buildings mid-19th century architecture, whilst reflecting its contemporary surroundings. A restoration of the building’s façade was followed by a green star rated internal fit out, which was designed with the aim of both enhancing the existing heritage features and creating a flexible space that was suitable for modern use.
