Parramatta's first 6 Star Green Star building

105 Philip St is both Parramatta’s first ever 6 Star Green Star certified building, and is also the 2000th project to achieve Green Star certification.

Arup HQ

Arup’s five floor fit out in Sydney’s CBD achieved a 6 Star Green Star Rating for interiors, the highest possible score. The project prioritized sustainability and the health of employees, with the fit out featuring lush green plants which were specially chosen to create a healthy environment, and outdoor air supplied to the building through an energy efficient ventilation system.

South East Water

Located on the Frankston foreshore, the South East Water Headquarters fits seamlessly into its coastal surroundings. Designed with the objective to bring together staff that had previously been dispersed across three locations, the 5 Star Green Star certified building achieved just this through the creation of the dynamic and flexible workspace.

Yahoo7 workplace

The fit out of the Yahoo7 office in Sydney looked to transform the company culture to become more connected and collaborative through an open plan flexible workspace. The focus on the long term performance of the fit out and the employees within the space informed much of the fit out’s design which sought to optimise sustainability, flexibility and the health of employees, and as a result it was the first project in New South Wales to achieve a 5 Star Green Star rating for Interiors v1.1.
