Following a decision by the Board to rotate auditors, GBCA has received approval from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission to change its auditor.
As a result, GBCA has now accepted the resignation of PricewaterhouseCoopers and the consent of RSM Australia Partners to its appointment as the new company auditor.
The GBCA Board and management would like to take this opportunity to thank PricewaterhouseCoopers for their assistance and professional service to GBCA since 2003.
