Since then, we’ve ranked first Global Developer - Residential and first Global Industrial fund in the 2018 GRESB Survey, certified over 2 million sqm of Green Star buildings, ranked 83rd in the AFR’s Most Innovative Companies List, installed 5.6 MW of solar PV, achieved NCOS certification for our organisation, our energy retail business (Real Utilities) and the first Australian buildings, established a national partnership with Smiling Mind and launched our first Reconciliation Action Plan.
