Reporting to the Senior Manager – Marketing, you will be responsible for supporting the Marketing and Communications team and building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders.

This is a full-time role based in our Sydney headquarters.

Your new responsibilities

  • Manage content updates to the GBCA website; manage our email marketing campaigns, including reporting; assist on video shoots
  • Manage the maintenance and updates of several marketing databases, such as our image library; PR database and project database
  • Monitor the Marketing & Communications inboxes, ensuring all enquiries are managed and responded to;
  • Provide advice and training to the organisation and external teams on how to work with our brand;

Your skills and experience

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
  • You have 2-3 years’ experience
  • You have excellent project management skills;
  • You have excellent communication and organisational skills;
  • You have excellent attention to detail;
  • You have strong time management skills;
  • You have a proactive ‘can do’ attitude and you aren’t afraid to ‘get stuck in’ to projects
