Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Finance and Operations, this stand-alone role will see you consult closely with business units providing human resources (HR) insight and leadership. You will manage day-to-day HR generalist functions and work with our Senior Leadership team, providing leadership and strategic guidance and initiatives to ensure HR assists in meeting our organisational strategy. You take pride in ensuring the quality and accuracy of HR advice and initiatives are in line with our strategic plan and demonstrate HR practices that support and enhance performance outcomes.
You will advise and consult with employees on areas including policy, end to end recruitment, employee relations, performance management and reward and recognition. You will also be responsible for overseeing office facilities and driving Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) measures. You will implement and maintain safety measures and look for continuous improvement to work towards a zero harm work environment.
This is a part-time role, 3 days per week to cover for a 12 month parental leave contract, commencing from 27 April 2020.
