Reporting to our Senior Technical Coordinator, whose team manages the certifications of projects under our Green Star rating tools, you will be the interface between the Green Star Operations team and external stakeholders. As well as being the team’s first point of contact for administrative support you will also be responsible for logistical and operational arrangements, ensuring success of Green Star Assessments such as calendar and appointment management, document management and establishing database/system management.
Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do at the GBCA. To be successful in this role you will need to ensure a positive stakeholder experience, both internally and externally, therefore an ability to communicate and interact effectively in a timely manner with a range of stakeholders is a must.
This is a full-time role based in our Sydney headquarters.
The Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA) was established in 2002 and is the nation’s authority on sustainable buildings and communities. Our mission is to accelerate the transformation of Australia’s built environment into one that is healthy, liveable, productive, resilient and sustainable. We work with industry and government to encourage policies and programs that support our mission. We also educate thousands of people each year on how to design and deliver sustainable outcomes for Australia’s buildings and communities.
